Help …. Unable to open the printer properties?
Hi, I have a small problem, I am running WIN XP SP2 with IE I can house 70 to any printer Canon I960 my 2 printers and a Lexmark Optra, but I can not open the Properties dialog box of the printer? ?
The problem you're experiencing seems to be with the printer drivers or can be damaged due to improper installation of the drivers. Therefore, I suggest you completely uninstall drivers printer and reinstall the printer drivers. If you are using Windows XP operating system, please follow the instructions to uninstall the printer drivers. 1. Click Start, click Control Panel. 2. Click Add and Remove Programs. 3. Select the printer Currently installed programs list. 4. Click the Change button and Remove and proceed with the uninstall window. 5. Restart the PC. Now visit the website right printer to download and install the full featured printer. The information I have provided should answer your question.
