This really comes down to this not all cartridges are created equal, while the manufacture of original equipment cartridge has only a reported 2% failure rate and you can buy in a store. Recycling, Refill, remanufactured, reconditioned, or compatible replacement cartridge can save 50-70% depending on the provider, and also can have a 2% or higher failure rate.
